    The Trade

The Building Envelope Is Not the Place to Gamble.

In Florida, stucco is a weather barrier first and a finish second. Wind-driven rain, thermal movement, and salt air punish shortcuts — and envelope failures are among the most expensive callbacks in construction. Our crews install lath, base coats, and finishes as a system: correct accessory placement, expansion joints where movement demands them, and flashing integration coordinated with the waterproofing scope.

We self-perform both traditional three-coat cement plaster and EIFS, so we can price and install whichever system your specifications call for. And because we also self-perform metal framing and drywall, GCs can put the full wall assembly — inside and out — under one subcontract.

    Standards & Quality

Installed to Standard. Inspected Before It's Covered.

    ASTM Compliance

Cement plaster applied in accordance with ASTM C926 and lathing installed per ASTM C1063 — the standards your specs reference and your envelope consultant inspects against.

    Florida Code & Approvals

Systems and components installed per Florida Building Code requirements, using products carrying Florida Product Approvals — and Miami-Dade NOAs where the jurisdiction requires them.

    Moisture Management

Weather barriers, flashing, and drainage detailing coordinated with adjacent trades before cover-up, with QC checkpoints at lath, base coat, and finish.

    FAQ

    Common Questions from Estimators

Do you install both traditional stucco and EIFS?

Yes. We self-perform three-coat cement plaster and EIFS systems, so we can bid whichever assembly your specifications call for — or price both as alternates.

How do you handle High Velocity Hurricane Zone requirements?

For projects in HVHZ jurisdictions, we install systems and components carrying the required Miami-Dade NOAs and follow the applicable Florida Building Code provisions for the assembly.

Who coordinates flashing and waterproofing tie-ins?

We coordinate directly with the waterproofing subcontractor and your superintendent before lath goes up, and we hold QC checkpoints at lath, base coat, and finish so nothing gets covered before it's verified.

How do we get a bid from you?
